1. General Policy Statement

  1. All products listed on IntraBuyer.com are sold by independent third-party sellers.

  2. Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by the individual seller’s policies, unless otherwise stated.

  3. IntraBuyer.com facilitates communication and payments but does not guarantee refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return may be considered only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or materially different from the description, OR

  • The seller has explicitly agreed to accept returns

Returns must be requested within the timeline specified by the seller (typically 3–7 business days from delivery).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless expressly agreed by the seller, the following are generally non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order goods

  • Perishable items

  • Used, altered, or damaged products (after delivery)

  • Clearance or discounted items marked “non-returnable”

4. Return Process

  1. Buyer must raise a return request through the Platform or seller support.

  2. Supporting evidence (images, videos, invoice) may be required.

  3. Seller will review and approve or reject the request.

  4. Approved returns must be shipped back as per seller instructions.

5. Refunds

  1. Refunds are processed only after seller approval.

  2. Once approved:

    • Refund amount (after deductions, if any) will be processed to the original payment method.

  3. IntraBuyer.com may deduct:

    • Platform commission (if non-refundable as per seller agreement)

    • Payment gateway or logistics charges (if applicable)

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.

6. Cancellations

Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to seller approval.

  2. Cancellation after dispatch may not be allowed.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

If a seller cancels due to stock unavailability or operational issues, the buyer shall receive a refund as applicable.

7. Role of IntraBuyer

  1. IntraBuyer.com:

    • Collects payments from buyers

    • Transfers funds to sellers after successful delivery of goods with deducting commission

    • Facilitates refund processing where approved

  2. IntraBuyer.com is not responsible for seller delays, refusals, or disputes beyond facilitation.

8. Disputes

  1. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes mutually.

  2. IntraBuyer.com may assist as a neutral facilitator but is not obligated to adjudicate disputes.

  3. Our decision, if provided, shall be final and binding for Platform purposes only.

9. No Consumer Law Applicability

As this is a B2B platform, transactions are not covered under consumer protection laws unless mandated by applicable law.

10. Policy Changes

IntraBuyer.com reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
